New Yorkers Can Now Apply For The Home Heating Assistance Program

You can now apply for heating assistance for your home ahead of the winter season. New York’s annual home energy program offers a one-time benefit of up to $626 for eligible households. A family of four with an annual household income of up to $53,000 can apply. Governor Cuomo says more than 1.4 million households received help last year. The money is awarded on a first-come, first serve basis.
