Google Express Online has expanded delivery service to NYC. In the company of such competitors as Amazon Prime Now, Postmates, and UberRush. Google Express lets users order products from multiple retailers on their mobile devices. The service promises two-day delivery. Merchants participating in Google Express include Costco, L’Occitane, PetSmart, Payless, Whole Food and more. The service is charging $95 for a yearlong membership, but shoppers can also pay per purchase, at a minimum of $4.99 per order. Google Express made its debut in 2013, and its expansion Wednesday includes states throughout the Northeast region. Previously, it limited East Coast deliveries to Boston and Washington, D.C.
