Spend The Evening Visting Museums And Historic Landmarks Of Lower Manhattan For Free!

NYC MuseumsThe Night at the Museums event, part of the River to River festival, will feature 14 museums and historic landmarks, which will be open to the public for free from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on June 24. Participating museums include the following: Museum of Jewish Heritage, The Skyscraper Museum, The National Museum of the American Indian, The African Burial Ground National Monument and the National Sept. 11 Memorial Museum, which would require a reservation. They already have free admission every Tuesday evening. For a full list of the events, visit the Night at the Museums site.

River to River, a free music and arts festival held at various locations in Lower Manhattan, will run from June 19 to June 29. Check out the festival’s website for a listing of events.
