NYC Interactive Map Allows You To Sound Off Complaints!

Vision Zero interactive mapYou can now sound off to the city on anything that’s bugging you!! The city has developed an interactive map  in which you can pick a spot on the street and alert the government to things like people speeding, bad cyclist behavior, too little time to cross the street, jaywalking, or something that’s on your mind. Vision Zero is the City’s goal for ending traffic deaths and injuries on our streets. To accomplish this, they need everyone’s participation and input. The Vision Zero map displays its complaints in color coded dots that signify a genre of complaint. The map lets you see where the failures are, such as i.e.; Running red lights when children are crossing the street, speeding with no regard for pedestrians, double parking as if it’s our job, cycling on city streets or just being plain oh reckless….If you have a traffic complaint, you’re free to leave one on there, and allegedly the city will take it into consideration for the city’s traffic plan: LINK
