Food truck dining as a popular phenomenon has caught on in Upper Manhattan. Mr. Nice Guy, a new venture of Inwood’s Dyckman Bar, is open for business and dishing out sliders and fries. The truck, made it’s debut on Aug. 2 outside of Dyckman Bar at 221 Dyckman Street, serves food from 5 to 10 p.m. on weeknights. Diners can choose from beef, turkey and grilled cheese sliders and classic, sweet potato and yuca fries. Mr. Nice Guy will serve Sunday brunch, giving locals the option of French toast and chicken and waffles. While the black and yellow food truck will mostly operate on Dyckman Street, bar owner Joe Irizarry said it will also make occasional pit stops around the neighborhood.
